During this step, we also identify potential service providers to evaluate in the next phase.

Evaluate Providers
Based on recommendations from our experts, we typically select 3 to 5 providers to consider. Vista coordinates and facilitates demo sessions showcasing each provider’s technology solutions. During this step, we evaluate providers for their technical capability, experience, and cultural alignment to ensure a strong, collaborative partnership.
This step can often be the longest in the process. To support our clients, Vista invests significant effort into creating detailed documentation and tools that keep the evaluation organized, making it easier to compare features and make informed decisions.

Negotiations & Decision
As providers submit pricing, Vista serves as the client’s advocate, ensuring all quotes are accurate, aligned with expectations, and easily digestible. We review every detail to confirm that nothing is missing or misrepresented, supporting the client throughout the process to ensure clarity and confidence. With Vista offering guidance to ensure the choice aligns with both strategic goals and practical needs, the client will select a provider.

Implementation
Vista supports both the client and the selected provider in coordinating implementation and onboarding efforts. We help align the right specialists and resources while ensuring the rollout stays centered around the client’s timeline, priorities, and business needs for a smooth and efficient transition.

Ongoing Support
The initial months following implementation are often the most critical. Vista remains actively engaged to ensure a smooth transition and to monitor solution performance. Throughout the duration of the contract, we continue to serve as a strategic advocate, providing an escalation path when necessary and driving ongoing improvements to ensure the solution consistently aligns with the client’s evolving business needs.
